    You’re not alone. This 10-week coaching journey is for people like you — achievers who’ve hit all  the external milestones but still feel a nagging sense of “Is this it?”  

    If you’re ready to stop going through the motions and start living with real clarity, purpose and  emotional freedom, then this programme was designed with You in mind.  

    Before we dive in, I’ll invite you to complete a short ‘Who am I?’ questionnaire as well as a more  visual ‘Wheel of Life’ assessment. These give us a snapshot of where you are right now — what’s  working, what’s missing, and what you truly want.  

    The Wheel of Life is an enjoyable, easy to complete, visual way of understanding where you are in  lots of different areas of your life.  

    Now we’re up and running.

    WEEKS 1 & 2 — REFLECTION 

    We’ll start by slowing things down, and get to know each other. These first two sessions are a space  to press pause, reflect and really listen to what’s going on beneath the surface. We’ll explore what’s  been draining your energy and uncover the deeper longings that have been quietly calling you,  probably for some time.  

    In between sessions there will be some homework to encourage you to learn about yourself:  

    • Week 1: Explore what you truly need in order to feel fulfilled  

    • Week 2: Clarify the values that make you, You  

    WEEKS 3 & 4 — DISCOVERY  

    Now that we’ve cleared some space, we begin to look at the foundations: your core needs, values  and beliefs. Are they aligned? Are you living by your own life script, or someone else’s? This part is  about peeling back the layers and rediscovering what’s important and authentic to you.  

    • Week 3: Identify the beliefs that have been running the show  

    • Week 4: Reclaim your positive traits and personal strengths  

    WEEKS 5 & 6 — UNCOVERING PATTERNS  

    This is where things get really powerful. We’ll gently examine the unconscious patterns that keep  tripping you up — often led by the inner critic or shaped by unmet emotional needs. Together, we’ll  shine a light on what’s been holding you back and start building new exciting pathways forward.  

    • Week 5: Set your life goals and define your vision  

    • Week 6: Design six affirmations that support a stronger mindset  

    WEEKS 7 & 8 — RECONNECTION & GOALS  

    By this point, you’ll be clearer about who you are and where you’re headed. These sessions are  about reconnecting with your values, strengthening your sense of direction, and reclaiming your  confidence and purpose. You’ll start noticing tangible shifts — in your mindset, relationships, and  decision-making. 

    • Week 7: Identify what’s still holding you back  

    • Week 8: Dive into an inner critic questionnaire to deepen awareness  

    WEEKS 9 & 10 — INTEGRATION 

    Now it’s time to bring it all together. We’ll define your sense of self with fresh clarity and  realignment. These final sessions help you solidify your priorities, take ownership of your choices,  and live from a place of grounded, purposeful presence. This isn’t about becoming someone new —  it’s about becoming fully You.  

    • Week 9: Visualise and journal your “Future Self”  

    • Week 10: Write your personal Summary for Change — the commitments, behaviours, and  boundaries that align with the life you now want to live  

    By the end of my 10 week program, you’ll feel clearer, stronger, and more in tune with who you  are. You’ll move through life with intention, confidence, and integrity — living in line with what  really matters to You.

    The full 10-week journey is available in two formats:  

    • £950: Includes written session summaries + support between sessions  

    • £650: For those who prefer weekly sessions only  

    Both include all reflective materials, tools, and weekly exercises.  

    Packages valid up to 6 months. Sessions by appointment only up to 5 days in advance.

  • A deeper and more healing journey for those who’ve already done coaching and now feel ready to go further.  

    Maybe Coaching gave you the clarity and direction you were missing… but something still feels  unresolved. If that’s you, this program is designed to help you finally understand the inner patterns  that have kept you stuck—often without you realising it.  

    This is a space to gently explore the wounded parts of yourself, especially the relationship between  your Inner Child (who still carries unmet needs from the past) and your Inner Critic (that tough,  relentless inner voice trying to protect you—but often holding you back). We also begin developing  a new voice within you—your Inner Nurturing Parent. One that knows how to soothe, support, and  guide you with wisdom and care.  

    Through weekly sessions, guided reflections, and powerful experiential exercises, we’ll work  together to bring these parts of your inner world into conversation—so they can start working with  each other, not against each other.  

    This is therapy for emotional integration, self-reclamation, and inner peace. Let’s walk through the  journey together.  

    Session 1: Stepping Into Your Inner Landscape  

    We start by creating a warm, grounded space where you can be fully yourself. It’s an invitation to  slow down, tune in, and explore what’s really going on beneath the surface.  

    Experiential Exercise– Journaling for Growth:  

    You’ll begin a simple daily journaling practice—just 10–15 minutes of uncensored writing to  explore your feelings, memories, and inner dialogue. It’s a powerful way to get to know yourself,  especially your Inner Child.  

    Session 2: Meeting Your Inner Child and Inner Critic  

    Here we introduce two key inner characters: the vulnerable child part of you, and the protective but  critical voice that developed in response to your early experiences.  

    Experiential Exercise– The Filial Psyche Visualisation (Video provided):  

    You’ll be guided to visualise your Inner Child, Inner Critic, and a developing Inner Nurturing  Parent. This will help you externalise their voices and begin to understand their emotional roles.  

    Session 3: Understanding the Inner Dynamic  

    We’ll explore how your Inner Child and Inner Critic relate to one another. Often, they’re locked in a  co-dependent loop that keeps you emotionally stuck. You’ll start recognising where this dynamic  began.  

    Experiential Exercise – Write a Letter to Your Inner Child: 

    This is a gentle and heartfelt exercise to begin reparenting. Speak with kindness and reassurance.  No need to fix—just witness and connect.  

    Session 4: Triggers and Emotional Flashbacks  

    We’ll unpack how your childhood wounds show up in present-day triggers. This week, we’ll gently  begin healing those “time-travel” moments where past pain hijacks the present.  

    Experiential Exercise – Triggers as Time Travel:  

    Whenever you feel emotionally overwhelmed, ask: “How old do I feel right now?” Then reflect in  writing—What happened? What did I feel? What might my Inner Child be trying to tell me?  

    Session 5: Reconnecting with the Inner Child  

    We’ll focus on compassionately re-engaging with the parts of you that felt abandoned, ashamed, or  silenced. You’ll learn how to show up for your Inner Child with love.  

    Experiential Exercise – Meet Your Inner Critic (Characterisation):  

    Give your Inner Critic a personality, a name—even a face. What is this part trying to protect you  from? This helps create distance and insight.  

    Session 6: Transforming the Inner Critic  

    This week is about understanding the motives behind your Inner Critic and learning how to meet it  with healthy boundaries and empathy—not fear or compliance.  

    Experiential Exercise – Dialogue Between Your Inner Critic and Inner Child:  

    Let each part speak in turn, as if in a written conversation. What emerges when they’re both allowed  a voice? What’s missing—and what needs soothing?  

    Session 7: Bringing in the Inner Nurturing Parent  

    You’ll begin cultivating a new voice inside you: the Inner Nurturing Parent. This is the wise, loving  adult within you who can set boundaries, offer care, and bring calm to your inner world.  

    Experiential Exercise – Three-Part Dialogue:Using either journaling or an empty-chair technique,  give space to your Inner Child, Inner Critic, and Inner Nurturing Parent. You’re learning how to  moderate the dialogue and offer balance.  

    Session 8: Becoming the Inner Adult  

    Now it’s time to deepen your relationship with your Nurturing Parent voice. You’ll start owning  your inner authority and becoming the emotional caregiver you never had.  

    Experiential Exercise – Reflections from the Nurturing Parent:  

    Using one of your old critical inner scripts, practice responding from the Nurturing Parent voice:  kind, boundaried, grounded. 

    Session 9: Integration and Inner Harmony  

    You’ll now begin pulling the threads together. It’s not about fixing everything—but about  understanding the parts within you, and helping them relate with greater care and cooperation.  

    Experiential Exercise - “What Have I Gained, Learned, and How Have I Grown?”  

    You’ll take time to reflect on your whole journey. What insights have landed? What parts of you  feel softer, clearer, or stronger? What feels different now?  

    Session 10: Endings and a New Beginning  

    In our final session, we’ll celebrate your progress, honour what’s changed, and create a personal  map for moving forward. You’ll leave with tools, insight, and a deepened connection to yourself.
